SHIRIT KRONZON received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stanford University and her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Princeton University. She has been a member of the faculty of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania for over seven years. There she has taught a variety of applied psychology courses, including negotiation, leadership, and organizational behavior, to business executives, Management of Business Administration (MBA) students, and undergraduates. She has published research in the fields of negotiation and decision-making.
